CorperaHQ

Careers at CorperaHQ

Help build the business OS we all wished existed.

We're a small, opinionated team shipping the operating system for ambitious SMEs everywhere. Remote-first, async-friendly, output over hours.

How we work

Five things we’re not negotiating on.

Output, not hours

We measure what shipped, not which timezone you were awake in.

Remote-first, async-default

Three meetings a week, max. Everything else is a write-up the team reads on its own clock.

Boring tech wins

Multi-tenant, audit logs, country adapters — the discipline beats the trending framework.

Ship, explain, iterate

Land it. Document it. Then change it with the operators using it. In that order.

Quiet, kind, opinionated

We disagree on the document, agree on the ship. No politics, no theatre.

Open roles

Hiring across the four lanes.

All roles are full-time, remote-first, with paid trial briefs in the process. Senior to staff level — we'll hire one per lane in the next 60 days.

Engineering

Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Node + React)

Remote · Asia / EU-friendly Full-time

Apply

About the role

Ship deep features across the whole stack. We're a small team and you'll touch the database, the API, and the React surface in a single week — sometimes a single day.

What you’ll own

  • Design and ship modules across the workforce / hiring / finance surfaces
  • Own multi-tenant data discipline — every query carries companyId
  • Build for the platform team: queue ops, observability, audit log integrations
  • Write the docs that the next hire reads on their first day

You’re a fit if

  • 5+ years building production SaaS with Node + React (or equivalent)
  • Comfort with MongoDB, Mongoose, and event-driven architectures
  • You read the rule.md before opening the IDE
  • You ship readable code and review like an editor, not a critic

Product Design

Product Designer — Workforce + Captain mobile

Remote · Asia time zones preferred Full-time

Apply

About the role

Calibrate every pixel of the product across the ERP, the master panel, and the Captain PWA. Take the design system from "good" to "feels like Linear".

What you’ll own

  • Design the patterns that scale — tables, forms, drawers, modals
  • Drive the design system: tokens, spacing, motion, dark-mode parity
  • Ship dashboards that operators read in 3 seconds, not 30
  • Run user research with real customers, not personas

You’re a fit if

  • Strong Figma + opinions on motion + accessibility hygiene
  • Mobile-first for the field — you know one-bar-of-signal design
  • Comfort working without a PM in the room (we are small)
  • You can prototype a flow before a deck argues about it

Customer Success

Customer Success Engineer

Remote · Asia time zones Full-time

Apply

About the role

Be the first technical voice every new tenant talks to. Run onboarding, build the help docs you wish existed, find the bugs before they reach the changelog.

What you’ll own

  • Run the white-glove 15-min onboarding for every paid plan
  • Author the help center — short, practical, no "please contact support"
  • Triage support tickets and turn the top 10% into product PRs
  • Carry customer feedback into the weekly product huddle

You’re a fit if

  • You can read JSON without reaching for a parser
  • Empathetic technical writer — you over-explain neither pixels nor principles
  • Comfort joining a customer's call to debug their data live

Sales & GTM

Founding Sales — Mid-market SMEs

Remote · global Full-time

Apply

About the role

Run the demo + onboarding flow end-to-end. Know your pipeline before it knows you. Founder-led sales for the first 12 months; we'll build the team around the playbook you write.

What you’ll own

  • Run 8–15 discovery + demo calls per week with qualified leads
  • Co-author the pricing + packaging narrative as it evolves
  • Build the case studies, the proposal templates, the win/loss notes
  • Bring weekly competitive intel back into the product roadmap

You’re a fit if

  • 5+ years selling B2B SaaS to mid-market or SMB teams
  • Comfort doing the technical demo without an SE in the room
  • You write follow-ups like a human, not a SDR tool

How we hire

Five steps. ~2 weeks.

No mystery rejection emails. Every step has a written brief, a date, and a real human on the other end.

  1. 01 · ~5 min

    Apply

Email hello@corperahq.com with the role + a short paragraph on why. CV optional, a small Loom/PDF showing your taste welcome.

  2. 02 · 30 min

    Founder chat

30-min call with the founder. We talk about what you've shipped, what bothers you, what you'd build first here.

  3. 03 · 1 week

    Paid trial brief

A small, scoped project (2-4 days) that mirrors the actual work. Compensated at market hourly. You keep the work.

  4. 04 · 45 min

    Team review

Async review with the team you'd join, then a 45-min retro call about what you shipped + your questions.

  5. 05 · 5 days

    Offer

Decision within 5 business days of the review. Offer letter, equity sheet, start date — usually within 2 weeks of acceptance.

What you get

Care, equity, the runway to do real work.

Remote-first by default

Work from wherever has internet and a desk. Async write-ups carry the team across time zones.

Sane meeting calendar

Three syncs a week, max. The rest is documents, threads, and shipping.

Real equity, simply

Meaningful early-stage equity with a clean ISO / RSA grant. Cap table is shared with every offer.

Care, not perks-theatre

Healthcare stipend, learning budget, ergonomic setup at home. No ping-pong table you'll never use.

Build what you'd use

Every engineer + designer ships to the production tenant we run our own ops on (Lacspace).

Transparent comp

Bands per role + level published internally. No "what were you making before" questions in this house.

Don’t see your role?

Write to us anyway.

If you’d be useful here in a role we haven’t written down yet — say so. The most interesting hires we’ve made came in cold with a clear paragraph about what they’d build.
