License to Use Services

CorperaHQ is operated by Lacspace Corporation Pvt Ltd ("Lacspace"), an AI-powered software development and IT solutions company headquartered in Nepal.

Your use of CorperaHQ is governed by Lacspace's License to Use Services — a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal or business purposes, subject to the conditions below and any product-specific agreement you have signed with Lacspace.

This License sits alongside, and is incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where any document conflicts, the most restrictive provision applies.

The License grants you the right to access CorperaHQ for legitimate personal or business purposes strictly within the scope defined in your specific product agreement (e.g. Starter / Growth / Enterprise tier, seat counts, module entitlements).

You may use the platform to operate your own organisation's workforce, hiring, payroll, leads, finance, and related operations data. You may NOT use it to operate services on behalf of third parties without an explicit reseller agreement with Lacspace.

Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation of CorperaHQ — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited.

Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code, algorithms, or proprietary techniques of CorperaHQ or any Lacspace technology is strictly prohibited.

Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk extraction of platform data beyond the limits of your tier's API quotas is strictly prohibited.

Removing, obscuring, or altering Lacspace's or CorperaHQ's branding, attribution, or copyright notices anywhere on the platform is strictly prohibited.

Using the platform to host or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content is strictly prohibited.

Any form of misuse — including but not limited to the restrictions above — will result in immediate termination of this License, suspension or deletion of your tenant, and potential legal action under applicable laws.

Lacspace reserves the right to suspend or terminate the License with or without notice where misuse, fraud, security risk, or non-payment is reasonably suspected.

On termination, your right to use CorperaHQ ends immediately. Data export rights from the Terms of Service continue to apply.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all login credentials issued to your organisation — including credentials for individual workforce members, API tokens, and SSH/SSO keys.

Lacspace is not liable for any loss, breach, or unauthorised access caused by negligent credential handling on your side (e.g. shared passwords, unsecured devices, leaked tokens).

You must notify Lacspace promptly at security@corperahq.com if you suspect any unauthorised access or credential compromise so we can rotate keys and revoke sessions on your behalf.

All right, title, and interest in CorperaHQ — including the platform, its source code, design assets, AI models, documentation, and brand — remain the exclusive property of Lacspace Corporation Pvt Ltd.

Nothing in this License transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. You retain ownership of your own tenant data; we hold only a limited right to process it to provide the Service, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Lacspace may update this License from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email and within the platform.

Continued use of CorperaHQ after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised License.
