Taxes / VAT

Prices shown are pre-tax. Local taxes apply where required — you'll see them on the invoice itself, never as a silent uplift.

Third-party costs you pass through

If you send SMS via Twilio, WhatsApp via Cloud API, or use a paid AI model with bring-your-own-key, those vendors bill you directly. We don't add a margin on top.

Custom payroll adapters

If your country isn't in the Enterprise adapter list, we'll build it. That's a one-time engineering quote, transparently shared before any work starts.

The questions buyers actually ask

Is the free tier really free forever?
Yes. The Starter tier covers up to 10 workforce members, leads/CRM basics, attendance, leaves, and tasks — forever, no card. You only upgrade when you outgrow the workforce limit or need country-specific payroll adapters / SSO / advanced audit.
What counts as a 'workforce member' for billing?
Anyone with a workforce record in your tenant — full-time, part-time, intern, or contractor. Pure leads, applicants, and external collaborators don't count. Customer-facing accounts (e.g. someone you've sold to) are never billed.
Do you bill monthly or annually?
Monthly by default — cancel any time from the dashboard. Annual plans get 2 months free; we never auto-renew without a 14-day heads-up email.
What's the difference between Growth and Enterprise?
Growth covers everything most SMEs need — full HRMS, payroll, hiring, leads/CRM, tasks, finance, live dashboards, and email/WhatsApp notifications. Enterprise adds country-specific payroll adapters (Nepal, India, UAE, US, EU…), SSO (SAML / Google Workspace / Microsoft Entra), advanced audit retention, dedicated success contact, and SLA.
Do you charge for the mobile app?
Captain — our PWA — is included on every tier. No per-mobile-device pricing, no extra license for field reps. Install on Android / iOS from a one-tap banner; works offline for attendance, leads, tasks, and visits.
Are there setup, implementation, or hidden fees?
No setup fee. No implementation fee. No per-module fee. The per-user price covers every module. Optional white-glove onboarding is included on Growth and above (a 15-minute call to import your data and walk through the surfaces).
Can I switch plans up or down?
Anytime, both directions. Downgrading mid-cycle credits the unused portion to your next invoice. No exit fees, no data hostage — you always get a full export on request.
Do you support multiple currencies and tax rules?
Multi-currency is built in (daily FX snapshots). Tax / statutory rules plug in via per-country adapters on Enterprise. The marketing site shows prices in the plan's currency; we never silently convert your bill to a different one.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
30-day grace period during which the data stays intact and you can re-activate or export. We hand you a JSON snapshot of every collection on request — no fees, no proprietary lock-in. After 30 days the tenant is permanently deleted from the active database; backups follow the 90-day retention policy on /security.
