Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CorperaHQ platform (the "Service"), operated by Lacspace Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By signing up, you confirm that you can enter into binding contracts and that you accept these terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.

2. Account creation

You may create one or more workspaces ("tenants") under a single email. You are responsible for all activity that occurs within your tenants, including the actions of any workforce members you invite. Keep credentials secure; we strongly recommend enabling 2FA from day one.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to upload illegal content; to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the platform; to send unsolicited bulk communications; or to interfere with the security or operation of other tenants. We may suspend access without notice in response to abuse.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance unless an annual plan has been agreed. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not auto-renew annual contracts without 14 days' prior notice.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to your tenant. We process it only to provide the Service, generate aggregate analytics, or as you specifically authorise. Full details are in our Privacy Policy. On termination, you may export your data; we delete it from production within 30 days.

6. Availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Live status is available at api.corperahq.com/api/v1/public/health. Scheduled maintenance is announced via email at least 48 hours in advance.

7. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via email and the dashboard with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
